Whether they are in the IT sphere, or not Design flaws are actually more common than you think and can lead to some bad disasters happening. The urge to break "mainstream" and to think outside the box, is what most people think breaks the laws and rules of a healthy design and make it defective in some ways. In this week's blog we are going to talk about two designs/inventions that set off to try some new things and while one of them succeeded and has set some standards for IT industry, other while more related to architecture than technology, has turned out to be a catastrophe. 1. The "Walkie - Talkie" The world - famous architect  Rafael Viñoly has designed and built a 38 story tall skyscraper in 20 Fenchurch Street in London's financial center. It was designed as a glass surface building with a curved shape thus leading to it's nickname the "Walkie - Talkie". It looked out of the ordinary for sure, but that curvilinear shape was the main cau
